This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

tb ~ 6:19 Rx / 7min to get 3 minutes total...
Hansen ~ 5:47 Rx / 6min to get 3 minutes...
Reeder ~ 5:06 Rx / 5:05 to get to 3 minutes

The Hollow Hold was tough to keep going...it may not be the best to go to total failure on first attempt...

Feeling sore muscles all over from this weeks WOD's...Feels great!

Flexibility is improving and the goal of nose to knees (with straight legs of course) will be done by May!
