What popped up on CFJAX? A strength WOD! Bertagnolski's arch enemy... We caved, gave in, granted Jacob his wish and performed a different WOD... Never fear, there will still be a strength day this week, maybe two...we will see...

*everytime you put the bar down during your 12, 9, 6, you will owe 2 Burpees before starting the next round! So, if you put the bar down after 12 then after 9 you will owe 4 burpees before beginning the 50 air squats...The goal is to do 12, 9, 6 unbroken...I do not believe ANYone achieved this today!
This was quite a WOD... Calling 50 Air Squats Rest is an oxymoron...but it was the only rest possible!
Hansen & Jacob really got after it!!! The rest of us just hope to be like them!!!
