Warm Up: 400m Run / 2 Rnds ~ 3 Skin the Cats (alt. 5-10 Pass Thrus) & 30s Squat Sit w/ 45# Overhead

Workout:
5 Rnds...for completion!
3 Shoulder Press
10 Good Mornings
~ 1 Min Recovery b/t sets

After 3rd Shoulder Press Perform 10 Goodmornings with the same weight...
If you cannot make 5 rounds, record the round you failed on...
Select a reasonable weight...Press will limit some, Goodmornings will limit others...

In honor of Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member
who was killed February 6 in the line of duty.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons' wife and two children.

  1. So- correct me if my thinking is wrong- or feel free to recommend adjusted weight.
    In order to do a shoulder press and not a push press I have to drop weight significantly- obviously a weakness so I was down to 45# to not push at all.. but 45# good mornings were definitely interesting near the end. Just saw reasonable weight- I should've done more...

    So snatch was interested- started with 10... but was losing form in back; no bumpers/no boxes to tap off of so in order to keep my back in check it took me a bit longer thats for sure!
    Either way I had a good time workin out with myself and Katy Perry!

    Had a great talk with one of the trainers- Ironic how health and wellness is soo expensive but the benefits are soo important...
    Anywho... trying to make new friends!
