Great turnout...even better WOD!!! Suck factor was huge...No air...burning biceps...fantastic work...
Sugar back in diet for last few weeks has hurt performance...I am going to go back and eliminate the sugar as much as possible!!! No candy/cake/ice cream in the evening, for sure!

    ~ pretty much blow at pullups at the moment, no calluses, no grip, so... I am embarrassed to say I didn't do the exact workout- but I did do one...and sucked a lot of air which in turn had me forget to look at the clock when finished..

    This will be my last lil comment about things but if they don't vote today... maybe you should make your way down to Madison Saturday after the WOD. There is really nothing like it... and may not be anything like it for quite a while.. My brother and I actually ran into our Social Studies teacher from High School on Wednesday- not surprising since he was one of those teachers that had an impact on a lot of his students.

    Keep up the good work you guys! Lung Climb is coming up fast!! Don't forget to remind JB and some of the others that wait till the last minute to join!
