After yesterdays SQUATFEST, we needed a break from the legs. Today does not feel as bad as I thought it would...hope tomorrow doesn't either...we will see.

5 x Max-Rep Strict Pull Ups (unbroken...no re-grip)
3 Min Rest b/t sets
Ascending Ladder EMOM for 20 Min:
HSPU & Abmat Sit Ups
1 HSPU, 2 AMSU...
2 HSPU, 4 AMSU...
3 HSPU, 6 AMSU...
Continue until you cannot complete a round then start over with 1,2...
SCORE is total # of Sit Ups completed (as that is where you should fail)...
