This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

High-Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High-Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High-Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk
* DO NOT let bar go for the complete circuit! If you must drop from the overhead, it is allowed, but you must re-grip immediately.
REST as needed b/t sets...
Increase weight each set...

After a brief SEALGRINDERPT warm-up...it was decided to switch the WOD...
No one was in the POOL...so, being ready for ANYthing...
