This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

9 KB Swings (55#/35#)
10 Wall Balls
11 Pike Sit Ups
12 Front Squats*
*use one bar for all these exercises...weight should remain the same. Bar should rest on ground.

Good opportunity to get better with the TEAM!  Sometimes we need to put away what is best for ourselves and work with everyone...do what the group is doing!  Great to see these guys "fighting, pushing, encouraging" each other all the way through this WOD!!!

    We made use of our limited space by bringing our weights and equipment to the gym...much easier to move around...used #50 dumbbells for swings...SDLHP was heavy...
