Birthday!!!

TODAY is Shawn Brehm's Birthday!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY OLD MAN!!!

Actually, we are only as old as we feel or allow ourselves to be!

It was awesome seeing everyone today on Zoom!!!

We did 50 Burpees for my B-Day, yesterday (Thanks Val, for organizing it!!!)
AND we stopped at 47 to wish Brehm a Happy B-Day today! Was perfect!!!
