Grip Killa


Britt had a partner to WOD with this early morning. They went with Bologna from CFJax.

50 Burpees
40 Thrusters
30 C2B Pull ups
20 HSPU
10 OHS
400 m Run

I'm not sure what/if they modified at all. Britt was around 24 mins and Feidt came in around 26 mins.

I got things going right with the kiddies today and did some deadlifting.

5*5 last set @ 405

Hepp joined me a bit later and we crushed our hands/forearms.
