It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Vacation is Over

It was great to get back to the grind after the holiday weekend. No fireworks, no brats, no beverages, just sweat and iron.

We started the morning off with a brisk run around the tennis courts.
We then worked our way up to a maximum box jump.

The kids WOD:
Teams of 6+
Race to 250 reps of bench press
3 groups @ 135
1 group @ 95

It was a tight race to the finish. The 95# group finished first followed by the team anchored by one Chris Feidt. He simply put on a dominant performance.

We took our WOD from CFJax.
Front Squat 5*5 then 3*3
Syd 3 reps @ 255
Hepp 1 rep @ 195
Feidt 1 rep @ 205
Dessert was tabata mashup of hollow rocks and superman holds. Yum.

  1. What??? Vacation is over...nobody told me! I am still on Vacation, but Canoed 10 Miles, paddleboarded the lake, biked 20 miles on gravel path to Minoqua, WOD & Single-track mountain bike ride coming later this week.

    Great job by all at WR...Good to see Feidt back in form...beating Hepp in a bench workout ~ NOW that IS a feat of strength! Now go enjoy some meat!
