This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Less than 48 HRS

We are less than 48 Hours away from Tough Mudder!!!

RAPIDS CREW WOD...

Time to Partner Up...
5 Rounds of 5 Minutes each (1 Min Rest b/t Rounds)
#1) Circle Run & Deadlift (135#)
#2) Circle Run & Wall Ball
#3) Circle Run & Bench Press (95# or 115#)
#4) Circle Run & Pike Sit Ups
#5) Circle Run & Box Jumps (20')

Each of these is a 5 Min Round...Partner Runs, other is reppin'...switch...when second partner is finished running only one person may gain reps at a time, but you do not need to run a second time...
* We also switch off on the running...1st runner from round #1 will be 1st doing exercises in Round #2...
