This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Filthy Friday

We had a good turnout despite the sweltering heat this morning. Biolo and the boys completed the dreaded Filthy Fifty.

Top three were Fiegel, Wendt, the ageless Biolo.

I did a separate WOD because of my shoulder issue and it was a doozy. The Operation Redwing Memorial WOD from Crossfit Takeover.

I set out this morning to absolutely destroy myself. Mission Accomplished. I finished this 840 rep beauty in 56:05. A great workout to go into Independence Day weekend. Hope you all are able to get out and enjoy the weather.
