This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Tough Mudder Training...

Here we go... Tough Mudder is right around the corner and its time to pick up the training regimen.

Britt got us started off early this morning with a hero WOD from 4th of July.

Finished in 44 and change. Awesome effort for a solo WOD.

20 1-arm Snatch (40# db, 10 each arm)

Hepp crushed it. Beat me by a full round.
