It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Annual 12 Days of Christmas

When:  Friday, Dec. 23rd AM workout
Where:  Wisc Rapids.. Weightroom
What:  Annual Xmas Celebration!
(Way better than presents and candy canes)
Time is 8am

ANNUAL 12 Days of Christmas


There is a constant group here that gets together in the mornings and has at'r before the daily grind sets in...
We support, encourage, push, compete and it is great....
But... we would like a bigger challenge.

This year we are asking you to bring another in...
everything will be as modified as it needs to be for that individual.
This person could be:
the BETTER half
your son or daughter
a friend, cousin, whomever...
Big Witt
(or in JB's case, his mom)

Think about it... talk about it... and when the morning comes-
toss them over your shoulder and bring them in!

If you are not in Rapids and want to partake- definitely feel free to go for a morning drive...
it would be awesome to have you!
