This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

NO Practice...YOGA!

Yoga today with Val...the best instructor around!
E was in! Britt is becoming a yogi!


"The Boys" did their own 12 Days of Christmas today...
It was quite an experience watching them pick exercises & order...

with special Guest Appearance by STAN!!!!
Here was their "12 Days":
1 Lap, 2 Double Unders, 3 HSPU, 4 Burpees, 5 GHD Sit Ups, 6 Push Press (95#), 7 Strict Pull Ups, 8 Mule Kicks, 9 Lunges, 10 Box Jumps, 11 Swings (55#), 12 Air Squats
