This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Another Good Practice...

Literally!


While working STRENGTH with Front Squats we were Practicing (Technique) our Snatch (triple extension & landing)


EVERYONE got better!!!  Some were thinking too much...but that is how PRACTICE goes!  Work until you do not have to think...until it becomes a "natural" movement/reaction for you


Sooooo....What did we Practice?


Front Squat 5 x 3  (get DEPTH!!!) 
alternate with Snatch from High Boxes (mid-thigh position)


For Time:
21-15-9
Snatch Balance (95# / 65#)
200m Run after each round


Results = Heaviest 3 Rep Front Squat / Wt for Snatch Work - Time for 21-15-9
