Warm-Up was 6 Stair Laps (600m Running with stairs)
Work on Power Clean Form (Muscle Clean, Propulsions, Hang Clean, etc)
Work to a Heavy Set...
Then for 10 Minutes... As Heavy As Possible (AHAP)
2 Power Cleans + 1 Jerk every 30 seconds
(Perform 2 PC then the Jerk)
Track how many times you miss a round...If you work all the way through it will be 20 total Rounds!
3 Minutes Rest...
4 Rounds for Time
7 T2B
7 Pull Ups
15 Jumping BB Squats (65# / 45#)
