This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Sneaky...Sneaky

This WOD looked heavy, but really not all that tough...
ONLY 5 reps...
Somewhere in the middle of round #2 the sweat started to pour out from all over my body...

Warm-Up
15 Minutes of Move-Lift-Stretch

AMRAP in 15 Min:
5 Thrusters (135# / 95#)
5 Wt. Pull Ups (35# / 20# DB's)
5 Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20")
5 Wall Crawl (chest touches floor, chest touches wall)


REST 2 Minutes...


Skill Work:
4 Minutes of Work: 
Pistols (as many reps as you can get) ~ Alternating L=1, R=2, L=3...etc
use bench/boxes/rolling/supported or just plain Pistols ~ WORK-IT!!!
